Over the past years, I have worked with European institutions, civil society organisations, networks and foundations on strategy, evaluation, organisational development, stakeholder engagement and participatory processes. The projects below offer a selection of this work. They range from multi-country evaluations and organisational development processes to strategic workshops, learning journeys and large-scale conferences. Across these assignments, my role is often to help organisations make sense of complexity, bring different perspectives into the room, and translate collective reflection into clearer priorities, stronger collaboration and practical next steps.
