I designed and facilitated a collective impact review process for European Alternatives, supporting the organisation in reflecting on its activities, results and strategic influence. Using participatory evaluation methods and structured group dialogue, the process enabled the team to surface achievements, identify patterns and connections across different areas of work, and explore what these insights meant for future priorities. Rather than treating evaluation as a retrospective reporting exercise, the process connected evidence and collective reflection directly with strategic discussion. It helped strengthen organisational learning, build greater shared understanding across the team and translate lessons from the previous year into clearer priorities and strategic choices for the year ahead.
