Seas At Risk - Marine Protected Areas Learning Journey

Co-designed a multi-year learning journey for European NGOs working on Marine Protected Areas. Through workshops on stakeholder engagement, Theory of Change and advocacy strategy, the process supported peer learning and stronger collaboration across the network.
More Details

I collaborated with Seas At Risk on a multi-year learning journey supporting NGOs and member organisations working on Marine Protected Areas across Europe. Rather than organising a standalone training or workshop, we created an extended learning process in which participants could exchange experiences, test approaches and strengthen their work over time. I designed and facilitated sessions on stakeholder engagement, Theory of Change, monitoring and strategic planning, and pan-European advocacy. The journey combined capacity building, peer learning and strategic facilitation, helping participating organisations connect longer-term strategic thinking with their practical advocacy work and supporting stronger collaboration and shared learning across the network.
