I supported SOLIDAR and the European Alliance for a Just Transition in evaluating the Alliance’s development and shaping its future strategic direction. The assignment combined desk research, stakeholder engagement and analysis of governance, collaboration, policy influence and member engagement across a diverse coalition of civil society organisations, trade unions and other policy actors. The process explored where the Alliance creates most value, how members work together, which strategic priorities should guide its future work, and how its governance and operating model could evolve. The findings were translated into practical recommendations and a strategy-development process aimed at strengthening the Alliance’s effectiveness, visibility, collaboration and long-term impact.
