I designed and facilitated a full-day strategic foresight and evaluation workshop for the UNI Europa Commerce Steering Committee. The process combined reflection on past achievements with a forward-looking exploration of the trends transforming commerce and the world of work. Through participatory exercises and structured dialogue, members assessed what had worked, identified lessons from previous activities, explored emerging challenges and opportunities and considered where greater strategic attention would be needed in the coming years. The workshop supported the Steering Committee in defining priorities to guide the development of the UNI Europa Commerce Industrial Policy for 2026–2030, connecting organisational learning with longer-term strategic and policy planning.
